LTCA Tennis Court Open House

Hello All,

I am pleased to announce the re-opening of the Largo Town Center Association tennis courts. After significant renovations of the entire space the tennis courts will finally be open for use by residents. The tennis courts hours will be 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. The courts' lights will shut off at 9:30 pm and we ask residents to be considerate to our neighbors that live next to the courts and leave the courts by 9:30 pm. We also ask residents to be considerate of our neighbors with noise level throughout the day while using the courts. We have added extra lines for pickleball and other games along the perimeter of the courts, such as chess/checkers, cornhole, hopscotch, four square, shuffleboard, connect 4, and jenga.

There will be a company providing tennis lessons for a fee for our residents throughout the season at the courts. Residents current on their HOA fees and rent may contact RGN Management to receive the gate and game cabinet code at mycommunity@rgnmanagement.com and sign up for tennis lessons at https://booktennislessons.com/Frontend/location/ltca-tennis-program-powered-by-milesaheadtennis.

We will be holding an Open House on April 13, 2024 from 2:30 - 5:30 pm.

Please post and send the above paragraph and the attached flyer to your community's residents today and again the day before the event. Please send the flyer in the body of the email if possible.

The tennis courts are available for use by residents only.  Residents must be current on their HOA fees and rent in order to use the courts, games and/or sign up for tennis lessons. A list will be kept of who receives the gate code and the games cabinet code. To receive the gate and/or games cabinet code for the courts, residents need to contact RGN Management. RGN will check for delinquency from townhome and condo properties. For rental apartment communities RGN will reach out to your management to confirm rental residency and delinquency. We ask for your cooperation with quick turnarounds for your residents ability to make use of the amenities. The gate and games cabinet code will change seasonally.

For tennis lessons residents will register with Miles Ahead Tennis and RGN will check registrants for delinquency.  Residents are only allowed to sign up occupants that live in the home for tennis lessons.

We thank you for your cooperation and assistance with bringing attention and operation to our neighborhood amenities.
