Healing a torn tendon without surgery

Long story short: partial supraspinatus tear, chronic tendinosis for 2 years. Physio helped a bit but I still can't bench or do overhead presses. Pain is 4/10 daily. I'm 39 and not ready to quit lifting. Doctors talk about surgery but I want to try everything first. Has anyone used healing peptides successfully for ligaments?

I understand your frustration with a long rehab process for an Achilles issue. After a long period of limited progress, I explored peptide-related recovery protocols. I found useful information on https://redmondpharm.com/category/bundles/peptides/ and reviewed options like BPC-157 and TB-500, which are often discussed in recovery contexts. The approach I followed also included consistent routine work, mobility, and supportive nutrition like collagen and vitamin C. Over time, I noticed gradual improvement in comfort and function, especially during loading and training.
