Our mission is to create apparel that allows you to express yourself and your faith through notes on your clothing that not only motivate and encourage you but those who see you in it as well. Our motto is “be an inspiration; wear your faith”.
In a world full of all types of messages, it is important to me that I create ones that remind you of your faith and provide you with the motivation and encouragement to go after every single thing the world said you couldn’t have. And that is exactly why I created Guided Notes.
In addition to all of that we recently collaborated with the makers of Ebony-Opoly "Reconstruction Edition" a board game similar to Monopoly. However, players get to experience the hardships and accomplishments of African American during Reconstruction Era.

Specialist and Makeup Artist. I have over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. I change
women's lives by altering the way they view themselves and give them back their dignity and
confidence. Hair care has always been my gift and my passion, but discovering natural and
holistic ways to address hair loss has become my mission. Hair loss affects people
psychologically and emotionally and may also affect our health if not properly addressed and
handled. After personally experiencing hair loss a number of times for various reasons, I became
more intrigued to learn in depth the triggers of hair loss and what can be done about it. This
passion for learning heightened after Covid 2020 when my mother and my two aunts lost nearly
70% of their hair 3 months after contracting the virus. I made it my mission to study further to
gather more information and find natural and holistic solutions to address and/or correct the
issue. With a hair and scalp analysis, I am able to determine the type of hair loss my client is
dealing with and offer natural treatments to aggressively address the type of hair loss that will
reap lasting results. If hair growth is not an option, I create customizable medical prosthetic units
for my clients that will wear seamlessly, offering a natural look that will immediately boost her
esteem and give her the confidence she desires. Becoming a hair loss specialist is a
game-changer for me as there is nothing more gratifying than changing people's lives giving
them an instant boost of confidence and increasing their self-esteem. I am so glad that you have
taken the time to get to know me and I cannot wait to be of service.
LLC. We have been in business for over half a decade serving the
community from our time with Laurelton Farmers in Queens, NY,
The Vegan Popup in Long Island, NY to being a part of the family
at the Pop-Up & Grow in the Waldorf, MD area.
We have linked with The Better Block and The Place-making group
to facilitate adding to the community and filling in gaps that have
been missed in the arts and creative space for small business and
vendors.
We are a lifestyle brand that focuses on the mental state of our
men in this culture. If we can use our products to promote men
feeling good one day at a time, then we consider ourselves
blessed. Our oils come in three distinct options from our signature
honey sandalwood to our coveted mint blend to our silver star
grey ghost. We have responsibly refined and used the best
combination of blends to create “joy in a bottle” for all our blends
along with the balms and beard/hair butter to lock it all in with
supreme luster and shine.
We created our products to fill a need for men’s self-care and a
sense of belonging and having that place for men. For ages that
place has always been the barbershop and we pride ourselves on
the countless barbers and barbershops we serve and connect
with each month and the initiatives we have established for our
men to keep our brothers motivated beyond the products, but on
a deeper personal level. As we always do, we will have (2)
packages available for giveaways to give to the team for the
community event.
Like many gifted artists, Steven Patterson’s love for the arts and talent developed at an early age. Steven's mother saw his artistic ability at age of 5. He would come home from school in his hometown of Orlando, FL with a level of detail in his work that his teachers didn't believe was his. As his love for the arts continued to develop, Steven's first art piece was published in Middle School as a two-page spread in his local hometown art magazine. His art has been awarded by the Florida Art Education Association in the 2011 K-12 Visual Art Digital Exhibition.
After graduating from High School in Orlando FL, he attended Valencia Community College where he received his AA Degree, then transitioned to The University of West Florida to pursue his BA degree in Communications. He continued his education and received his master’s degree in organizational communication from Bowie State University. After graduating, he relocated to Louisiana for work but his love for the Arts grew in new ways. Mr. Patterson went full-time selling his work at the French Market and on Royal Street in New Orleans, LA. Although his time spent in New Orleans was short-lived, he takes that experience with him as he now resides in Maryland.
Steven Patterson’s resume speaks of a well-advanced and accomplished artist while holding on to the journeys of his youth. Steven’s works have a strong popular appeal and are loved by professional artists. He has been commissioned by various private collectors as early as thirteen. Steven likes to incorporate various media into his work, although he favors acrylic, which he found most suitable for his Abstract Artwork. Steven’s strength is his use of color, undefined line structures, and placement which evokes special moments that people of all ages can relate to. Some paintings once titled are the starting point for their own discovery of what can be found in the painting.
Danielle Douglas’ time with Touchstone Crystal has been a whirl win. She joined the organization because she is drawn to everything that sparkles & shines. Once she determined that she could meet & great people by bringing them something beautiful and allowing them the opportunity to do the same, Danielle was sold! She is a firm believer in the fact that she brings the sparkle but YOU make it shine!
